Kava Culture is hiring a Kavatender / Barista. This role is perfect for outgoing individuals who enjoy hospitality, community-building, and a high-energy social environment—without the traditional bar scene.
Pay & Schedule
Starting pay: $10.98 per hour + tips
Part-time with potential for more shifts based on performance
Flexible scheduling (starting with 1–2 shifts per week)
Night shift availability preferred: 7:30 PM – 2:30 AM
Additional shifts:
Morning: 7:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Mid: 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM
About the Role:
As a Kavatender, you’ll create a welcoming, upbeat environment while preparing plant-based botanical beverages and connecting with guests. This is a solo role, meaning you’ll manage the bar, atmosphere, and customer experience during your shift.
